BACKSTORY

DEATHLESS was founded in NYC in 2005. In 2006 we opened a space in Berlin’s Mitte neighborhood where we sold skateboards and streetwear, and curated street art shows in our gallery.

The Brand

The brand started with me putting stickers all over NYC that said DEATHLESS and had the guru logo on it. I spent the summer of 2005 with my cousin Evan in Berlin and did the same there. I fell in love with the post-wall, bohemian culture and its art scene, and decided to open a DEATHLESS gallery/shop that focused on Street Art, Spirituality and Skating the following year.

The Story
  • How many decks will be in the collection?
    We will mint 10,008 DEATHLESS Decks.
  • Is it true that there will be no minting gas fees?
    Yes! We are using the Polygon network which is an Ethereum layer 2 technology, which makes transactions faster and cheaper.
  • This is my first time buying NFTs or crypto. I don't have a wallet or undestand much about NFTs or crypto. Can I still participate?
    Yes! You will be able to pay with a debit or credit card. We understand that the technology can be intimidating and we want to include as many people as possible into this new decentralised world. You can keep your NFTs in your wallet on our exchange. One will be created for you automatically upon purchase. Once you learn more, you can transfer it to your off-site wallet if you wish.
  • Are the NFTs compatible with Metamask, Opensea etc?"
    Yes! They are standard ERC-721 tokens that use the official ERC721 metadata standard.
  • Are these regular physical skateboard decks or NFTs?
    Both! We will be giving away physical decks to the people that mint DEATHLESS decks. It will be a standard 7 ply, 8 inch wide, Canadian maple deck, printed on the bottom with your NFT.
